- We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Officer for a healthy food company with outlets across Lagos.
- The Digital Marketing Officer will promote So Fresh brand and products online and creatively connect with our target audience through various digital channels to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Promote company brand and products online and creatively connect with our target audience through various digital channels to drive growth
- Increase company’s online visibility, awareness and protect its reputation
- Use insights and performance metrics to increase market penetration and brand equity.
Requirements Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND qualification in a relevant field
- 2 - 3 years of digital/social media marketing experience
- Experience with a CRM platform is a plus
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
- Organized work ethic
- In-depth knowledge of content creation and management on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Telegram, Tiktok , etc., for B2C brands
- Creativity and ability to conceptualize engaging content with different mediums – graphics, videos, Reels, etc.,
- Experience with social media content creation tools like Canva, Inshot, etc.,
