We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: UI / UX Designer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the team that will be in charge of creating user interface on app, website or other interactive media.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and software engineers
• Conceptualize, and Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets etc
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Create original graphic assets and designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) as well as optimize existing user interface designs
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, find ability)
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, page layouts, page designs, page flows and target links for landing page.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 2+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Detail oriented and a Critical thinker
• Problem solver and customer-centered
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
• Working knowledge of technologies and software: sketch, Invision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), IOS, Android, design system, Adobe creative suite
• Ready to resume immediately and do hybrid operation.
