We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Textile Factory Manager

Location: Mowe / Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities

• He/she is responsible for the entire production operation of the factory.
• He/she is responsible for pattern making.
• He/she is responsible for developing size charts for various job categories.
• He/she is responsible to maintain discipline and order in the factory.
• He/she is responsible to maintain good quality on all finished goods according to specifications and standard.
• He/She will generate fabric & accessories requirement for every order received,
• He/she will maintain GMP within the factory.
• He/she must meet deadlines for all client orders.

Requirements

• Must be a Graduate with at least 2 years of work Experience.
• Must be Smart and Proactive.
• Must have experience in the Fabric/Textile Industry.
• Must have good Leadership and Communication Skills.
• Male preferably.

Remuneration
N150,000 - N180, 000 Monthly (Gross).
