Requirements and Soft Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Legal Department in Telecommunications Industry with a fair knowledge of laws & by laws of NCC and other communication agencies.
- Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, intellectual property rights, copyrights and patents according to Nigerian Law
- Full comprehension of the influences of external environment of a corporation
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
- Outstanding communication skills
- A high level of Confidentiality
