Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Job Description
- Support the Human Resources Manager in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
- Draft and revise company policies as a team
- Recruitment and Selection - Headhunting of candidates
- Employee welfare management
- Carry out other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
- Work closely with HR manager and Management team
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
- Payroll management
- Compensation and Benefits Administration.
Job Specification
- B.Sc / BA in Law, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
- Not more than 2 years experience in a similar role from a well structured organisation
- Have basic knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law and Policies
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Male preferably for gender balance and equality
- Professional affiliation is an added advantage
- Must have completed NYSC.
