Job Purpose
  • To provide support and assistance to the FRE Product Line Manager with respect to Order Management Process, Inventory & Sourcing, Logistics
Responsibilities
Order Management:
  • Obtain, Review and Evaluate required quotes from Vendors with Country Group.
  • Working closely with Country Groups, on providing Periodical Progress Reports in accordance to lead times provided.
  • Provide update to System Records  to enable Operations units:
  • Viewing their orders status on weekly basis, accordingly, planning.
  • Forecasting business opportunities with regards with orders completion updates.
  • Follow Up on Order Quotations (Transfer/Manufacturing).
  • Follow Up on orders Approvals.
  • Follow Up on Orders placing (Order Package Docs legibility and fulfillment).
  • Provide and Submit Monthly Progress Reports for Orders Scheduled delivery less than 4 Weeks Approach in coordination with Regional Product Line Management Team.
  • Provide and Submit Weekly Progress Report for Marked Critical Orders by Country in coordination with Regional Product Line Management Team.
  • Provide and Submit Monthly Open Orders Report to be sent to Country PL Managers for Prioritization in coordination with Regional Product Line Management Team.
  • Following Up on Orders Shipping and Deliveries.
  • Top Review on; Monthly Basis; Open Orders Shipped not Rec’d review with Regional Material Management Team.
Inventory and Sourcing:
  • To track Countries Inventory Availability prior to any order processing, in coordination with Regional Product Line Management Team.
  • To monitor Items Turn Over in the country as required on each case.
  • To Review Historical item Demand in order to verify and Assure Legibility of each order before going through manufacturing process.
  • Working closely with Regional group to assist in allocating whatsoever available of deployable Inventory, through monitoring JDE and Supply Chain records update.
  • Highlighting any discrepancies during this process to responsible Country Management and Regional Inventory Teams.
  • Quarterly review for Country WCP Inventory trends and Excess Stock identification.
  • Following Up on WCP Country Based Stock levels as budgeted.
  • Monthly reports collection for Country WCP Inventory Consumption and Turnover Analysis as required in coordination with Regional Product Line Management Team.
  • Verify records Integrity with Regional Management Team.
  • Check/Confirm availability to transfer all Excess Stock.
  • Re‐analyzing all pending Orders at manufacturing by Country / Region Technical Group, to assure if any of this Excess stock can fit to replace any item under manufacturing though with minor modifications.
  • To run Above Exercise on Quarterly Basis, to enhance this process as a protective action.
  • Monthly Open DTs report to be reviewed with related Countries (Assets & Inventory)
  • Assures Country Assets Records Accuracy (Physical SN versus System Records)
Logistics:
  • Responsible on following up at expediting phase, shipping arrangements by communicating country Logistical requirements to Shipper
  • Assuring best Logistical Solution to take place in terms of Process Compliance, Cost Efficiency and Transittime Convenience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or Equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry.
