We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Event Coordinator

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Perform research to gain deep understanding of different requirements and details of each event.
• Plan and organize events in accordance with financial and time restraints.
• Clients’ Negotiation and Management.
• Evaluate, compare and negotiate with different vendors (catering, decorators, sound, musicians, etc.)
• Track overall expenses regularly.
• Carefully supervise event preparation activities.
• Offer solutions to resolve problems promptly.
• Analyze and evaluate event results.
• Create and present reports.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in any Social Science or Management Science discipline
• 2 years experience as an event coordinator or a similar role
• Experience and understanding of Project Management and Project Management processes is a must.
• Portfolio of successful events executed.

Salary
Industry standard relative to relevant experience.
