Job Title: Human Resources Analyst
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time
Purpose of Job
- The HR Analyst works with the HR Supervisor, and is primarily responsible for daily transaction processing e.g. handling recruitment processes for third party contract staff, interview logistics for permanent staff, etc.
- The incumbent is also responsible for new staff resumption day preparation, providing day-to-day administrative and project management support on various strategic organisational development and human performance improvement projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Manages third party service providers
- Handles the recruitment process for third party contract staff
- Manages payroll for third party contract staff
- Arranges interview venue, handles logistics and transport claims for candidates attending interviews
- Responds to enquires related to applications, test dates, test results, interview dates and interview results
- Prepares invitation letters for tests and interviews.
- Assists in conducting credentials’ verification of new employees and in producing verification reports for user departments
- Provides administrative support for periodic unit planning and budgeting activities.
- Maintains Job Description catalogue and assists Line manager in the reviewing JDs.
- Coordinates the processing of all program invoices and payments to third party vendors.
- Prepares monthly HR reports that highlight key people trends and metrics within the organisation.
- Performs other duties as delegated by the HR Supervisor from time to time
Other Responsibility:
- Drives compliance to EHSSQ policies in HCM functions.
Academic Qualification & Work Experience
- 1st Degree in any discipline
- 2 - 3 years’ experience within a reputable and structured business environment, preferably a multinational corporation within the Oil & Gas industry.
