We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT User Support Officer

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Role Description

• Provides user supports for Desktop, Laptop, Applications, wifi and all IT accessories.

Job Description

• Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Qualifications

• OND, HND or BSc qualification
• 2+ years of experience

Certifications:

• ITIL, CompTIA A+, CCNA.

Salary

• N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
