We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Expense Audit Accountant

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are urgently searching for candidates who possess B2B or B2C industry working experience in supplier management, supplier price strategy, rebate strategy, etc., a strong sense of responsibility, and a rigorous work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Answer queries by employees and clients.
• Update office policies as needed.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient and provide polite and professional communication.

Requirements

• B.Sc Holder in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of cost auditing experience,
• Conscientious and careful work, a strong sense of responsibility, and surpassing everything in the implementation of the system.
