TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading Real Estate Construction Company, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Manage the entire Business operations
• Coordinate and supervise the building of residential, commercial, industrial, and civic structures
• Liaise between engineers, architects, and others working on the project.
• Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources.
• Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and monitor contract obligations with a goal of building relationships with reliable contractors and vendors.
• Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Managerin the construction field is required.
• Outstanding negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

Salary
Negotiable.
