Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Job Summary

• The Customer Relationship Officer proactively manages customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction, which aids the achievement of the customer success department’s customer retention goal.

Responsibilities

• Must ensure every customer from the Fulfillment Center assigned to them are satisfied
• Proactively reach out to customers whenever delivery might be late
• Reach out to the necessary departments to resolve all possible complaint.
• Fill in the data on the RO sheets appropriately, on-time and in-full
• Oversee the FCA and any report suspicious activities
• Ensure dispatch riders are neatly dressed and their bikes are clean.

Qualifications

• Education Level: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 1 - 2 years experience.
