Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Agidingbi Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities (subject to departmental modifications)
- Overseeing the business (store) sales, promotions and campaigns
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives with the HR
- Carry out price survey frequently so as to maintain the company’s price integrity
- Coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Coordinate expiry check with the sales attendance
- Ensure quality display of goods to promote sales and impulse buying
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Setting discount rates and determining price schedules as approved by Management
- Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Performing any other functions as directed by Management
Requirements
- Minimum of HND in any related course with not less than 5 years work experience.
- Experience in Retail/Hospitality operations would be an advantage.
Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 monthly (Negotiable).
