Job Brief

• We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities, and develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Duties

• Oversee daily business operations.
• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Train low-level managers and staff.
• Create and manage budgets.
• Evaluate performance and productivity.
• Research and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Direct the employee assessment process.
• Prepare regular reports for upper management.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or a Master’s in Business Administration.
• 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literate.
