Job Title: Corporate Human Resources Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- This role has overall responsibility for the group’s personnel and training strategy
- He/She also contributes to overall company strategy and policy making by advising the board on the personnel and/or human resource implications of its decisions
Primary Responsibilities
- Overall control of the personnel/human resource function
- Formulating talent management systems and strategies appropriate to the company’s corporate mission and goals
- Keeping the company informed on personnel and employee-relations policies, as needed, to preserve and facilitate company strategy
- Improving management/employee communications, including mediating in disputes and advising line managers on how to implement personnel policies.
Job Requirements
- First degree in Social Science or any related discipline
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CIPD, CIPM, GHPR etc will be an added advantage
- Masters degree will be added advantage
- Minimum of 15 years experience in Human resources, 5 of which must have been in at senior management level.
