Job Title: Information Technology - Database Admin & Support
Location: Lagos
Requirements and Experience
- B.Sc (minimum of second class lower) or HND (minimum of upper credit) in Computer Science.
- Must have Minimum 2-3 years Post NYSC IT experience in MS SQL Database support and administration
- The following professional qualifications would be an added advantage: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or Solutions Expert
- Database Admin is expected to manage database with proficiency in SQL, HTML, Web server and development.
- Broad understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), Object Oriented Database.
- Management Systems' (OODBMS) and XML database management systems.
In addition to the above requirements Candidate must possess:
- Strong analytical and organisational skills Eye for detail and accuracy
- The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to meet deadlines
- The ability to expertly convey information in non-technical terms with professionalism and confidence Capacity for adaptation to a rapidly changing environment
- A high degree of leadership characteristics and professionalism.
