Job Title: Deputy Officer, Human Resource and Administration

Job Description
- Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Maintain a talent list and assist in staff recruitment with background checks.
- Ensure a conducive working environment for every staff member.
- Conduct staff surveys
- Ensure each staff member has an employment contract and ID card.
- Organize weekly educational meetings by departments.
- Monitor each staff member's performance using relevant metrics.
- Assist in drawing up staff roster regularly.
- Assist in implementing staff policies.
- Organize periodic team bonding activities.
- Assist in developing monthly HR reports and plans.
- Liaise with the finance office, COO, and CEO on employee-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, pensions, and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement employment documentation and maintain employee files.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resource Management.
