We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: New Media Officer

Location: Delta

Job Summary

• New Media Officer is to assist the creative officer in handling Lily Hospitals internal creatives needs.
• The New Media officer will be someone with experience in graphic design, video editing and practical knowledge of motion graphics / animation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret design briefs into creative collaterals that meets Lily’s branding standard.
• Graphic design for our social media creatives
• Graphic design for our internal SBU needs
• Video editing for Lily Hospitals social media videos
• Animation and motions for our creatives
• Able to come up with creative ideas on how best to communicate the brands creative needs.
• Other internal creatives as assigned by the creative officer.

Key Performance Indicators

• Able to meet deadlines on assigned creatives
• Ensure 100% achievement of assigned internal briefs.
• Ensure 100% achievement of assigned video creative briefs.
• 100% attendance and punctuality to work..
• Ensure monthly reports are on time according to set timelines
• 100% compliance to process manuals and SOPs and continuous Quality improvements.
• Zero degree tolerance to waste.

The Person

• ICT Degree and other relevant qualification.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience as a creative person
• Able to design with Adobe PS, AI and Figma
• Able to edit videos using Adobe premier pro and other video editing software’s
• Animation / Motion Adobe effect
• Ability to use Microsoft officer and Google cloud productivity tools
• Project management skills.

Remuneration
Salary is in line with industry standard.
