We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: High Volume Order Sales Executive

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Manufacturing (FMCG)

Responsibilities

  • Experience with managing high volume of incoming orders.
  • Explains product's benefits, features and history to customers
  • Influences potential customers to buy products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and product up-sells
  • Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
  • Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and up-sell other products within the time limits;
  • Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, proof of payment with each logistics partner
  • Respond to customers’ enquiries via email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
  • Follow up with customer to ensure sales target, follow up with logistics partner so that delivery of products and remittance is done on schedule and on time.

Task:

  • Effectively meets daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • B.Sc, HND in any relevant discipline.
  • Two (2) years or more experience in a heavy volume order transaction based environment.
  • Experience with using CRM.
  • Ability to counter customer objections.
  • Must be independent, self-motivated and organized.
  • Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers.
