Job Title: High Volume Order Sales Executive
Location: Sango-Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Experience with managing high volume of incoming orders.
- Explains product's benefits, features and history to customers
- Influences potential customers to buy products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and product up-sells
- Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
- Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and up-sell other products within the time limits;
- Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, proof of payment with each logistics partner
- Respond to customers’ enquiries via email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
- Follow up with customer to ensure sales target, follow up with logistics partner so that delivery of products and remittance is done on schedule and on time.
Task:
- Effectively meets daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- BSc. / HND in any relevant discipline
- Two (2) years or more experience in a heavy volume order transaction based environment
- Experience with using CRM
- Ability to counter customer objections
- Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
- Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers.
