Job Title: Technical Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Dealing with queries on the phone and by email, Managing diaries.
• scheduling meetings and booking rooms Arranging travel and accommodation.
• Ordering office supplies.
• Maintaining office systems.
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
• Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar ar role.
• Female candidates only.

Remuneration
N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
