Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

• The Prospa team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced marketing automation specialist to join our growing product marketing team.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Provide copy for product marketing activities
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Create daily/weekly/monthly newsletters
• Understand and communicate the benefits and values of product via multiple communication channels

What You Need

• At least 4 years proven work experience as an Email marketing manager
• Hands on experience with CRM systems
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work in diverse teams
• Record of leading the writing of nuanced and compelling content
• Strong critical thinking, copyediting, proofreading skills, and attention to small details
• Strong organization skills and an internal drive to meet deadlines 
• A proactive and positive attitude
• A preference for working in fast-paced environments
