Job Description
- The Project Analyst will support the organization with overseeing and tracking projects, contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, reviewing contracts and financials, monitoring project activities and evaluating overall project.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to multiple project planning, budgeting and overall strategy
- Prepare, review and maintain contracts, project documentation and reports
- Reviewing and maintain project contracts
- Monitoring and evaluating each project and client satisfaction.
- Analyzing project data and producing insights for performance
- Providing operational support such as liaising with clients & stakeholders, maintaining various report dashboards and tracking timelines, etc.
Requirements
- A Degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field
- Basic knowledge in project management life cycle.
- Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.
