We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Broker Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.
• Monitor and notify staff of important deadlines and appraise clients’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied.
• Handling the telephone, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
• Comply with legal procedures and planning appointments including open houses and final walkthroughs.
• Prepare real estate forms, documents, and correspondence
• Log daily transaction records of brokers, report quality issues and collate weekly reports using the Transaction HUB system.
• Design and implement Quality Control/Quality Assurance manual which will guide day-to-day work for the real estate brokers and agents.
• Report all non-conformant incidents to management, create technical reports and provide feedback in support of issue resolution in other to aid immediate action.
• Collaborate with real estate brokers in the creation of internal and external presentations.
• Supervise brokers, and agents by monitoring all operations to guarantee quality service delivery, keeping records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and other relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Arts
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Considerable knowledge of the related statutes and regulations.

Remuneration
N250,000 Monthly.
