Job Description

• Oversees customer services
• Supervises branch operation and offsite locations attached to the branch. i.e. ATMs, Cash centers, e-branch and implants
• Enforcing control and alignment with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• A First Degree in any discipline; professional qualification is an added advantage
• 0 - 2 years post NYSC experience in the financial services industry managing branch operations, cash and tellering.
