Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Application Development team in designing, evaluating, and implementing all Group’s software applications in line with organisational policies and standards
• Assist the Business Solutions Manager (App Design) in providing high-quality, detailed consultation, technical support and troubleshooting of all Group’s software application
• Assist in establishing a detailed software program specification for internal stakeholders
• Provides support in maintaining Group database, web, and mobile applications.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for greater efficiencies through process improvement, systems integration, and support in guiding the implementation of these solutions in the various entities.
• Provides support in designing and building solutions using standard technologies and tools.
• Use knowledge of technology to improve information flow and employee collaboration within the entities.
• Onboard users on all relevant applications and provide technical support when required
• Assist in evaluating existing applications and performing updates and modifications
• Work on software analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging
• Assists the BSM (App Design) in evaluating technology risks and developing a business disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
• Collate feedback from the user department on application user experience and assist in optimising the process to improve the experience.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in IT operations within an international organisation
• Language CH, Dotnet, SQL Language, Web Server Management
• Relevant Certifications in the related field of study will be an added advantage.
