Job Duties

• Responsible for the regular cleaning of the office.
• Message taking and delivery.
• Regular remove waste and empty trash.
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or the need for repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma is required.
• Previous work experience as a janitor.
• Integrity and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Must be able to do physical work and has zero tolerance for laziness.
• Must live on the island or environs.
