Job Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Field Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

• Will be directly involved in post-metering resolution in the respective business unit. Assisting QA/QC Supervisor in the post-metering activities.

Role Accountabilities

• Ensure all quality checks of field metering activities for the Business Units.
• Part responsibility for commercial loss reduction as related to metering.
• Prepare Weekly plans based on quality oversights and exception escalations.
• Ensure investigation of customer metering complaints assigned and providing technical comments on various investigations.
• Ensure the resolution of all technical and non-technical issues relating to the customer metering/complaint within 72 hours of escalation.
• Overall responsibility and control for the quality of metering.
• Escalation of issues to relevant teams which include BU Vigilance Teams, QAQC Surveillance Team and, Others.
• Weekly Performance reporting.
• Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance by the subcontractors/MSPs/MAPs/NMD reps at the various BUs.
• Responsible for the collation and evaluation of the survey/installation quality.
• Responsible for maintaining and ensuring quality standards on all metering initiatives.
• Check for consistency in survey/installation and reporting.
• Comply with Quality Management System / Occupation Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.
• Carry out any other duties as requested by superior officers in line with the agreed work process or SLAs.

Minimum Requirements

• First Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Requires 0 - 3 years post qualification experience.
• Proven understanding of electric circuit diagrams
• Knowledge of electrical engineering
• Metering experience.

Salary
N99,000 / Month.
