We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Manager (Collections)

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Purpose Statement

• We are looking for an Account Manager [Collections] to assist with educating clients about their repayment terms and conditions.
• The Account Manager will contact clients in ensuring their repayment issues are resolved and have full insight into their repayment schedule

Responsibilities

• Educating customers about the repayment terms and conditions before the due date.
• Resolving repayment issues before the due date
• Answering customers' questions about the products.
• Reaching out to customers after purchase to ask for feedback.
• Ensuring that customers have a full insight of the repayment schedule before due dates.
• Other tasks assigned by the team lead

Preferred Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor's Degree.
• Relevant training & certifications.
• 1-2 years previous experience working as an Account Manager.

Preferred Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with state debt collection laws.
• Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of office and accounting software.
• Patience and resilience.
