Job Title: ICT Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Main Responsibilities
- The job holder will be directly responsible to the Sales Manager and will support the Sales Manager to ensure that all stakeholders expectations are met.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Provide support on all aspects delivery of the customer's requirements on time, on budget and to an acceptable standard.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the customer to enhance the company's reputation encourage the customer to advocate for us wherever possible with other potential clients.
- Proactively identify and analyse the customer's planned requirements in order to set ambitious but realistic financial targets and plan resources to meet such requirements.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with all partners including SMEs, within a broader, 'badgeless' environment ensuring the company's requirement are met.
- Report progress and make recommendations to develop the business to management.
Essential Candidate Requirement
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Job holder will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Sales, a strong ICT background and proven track record in programme delivery, managing client engagements, and have served in key technical positions.
- Established programme management experience managing major, complex programmes. This should include experience of information technology (IT) programmes.
- Good experience of the Nigerian ICT sector.
