Job Description
- The job holder will be directly responsible to the Head, Sales and will support the Head to ensure that all stakeholders' expectations are met.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Provide support on all aspects of delivery of the customer's requirements on time, on budget and to an acceptable standard.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the customer to enhance the company's reputable and encourage the customer to advocate for us wherever possible with other potential clients
- Pro-actively identify and analyse the customer's planned requirements in order to set ambitious but realistic financial targets and plan resources to meet such requirements
- Maintain excellent working relationships with all partners, including SMEs, within a broader, 'badgeless' environment ensuring the company's requirements are met.
- Report progress and make recommendations to develop the business to management.
