Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job Responsibilities
  • Organising team diaries and staff calendars.
  • Provide full administrative support to the staff and managers in the office, ensuring an excellent standard of customer services is provided and upheld at all times.
  • Answering the telephones; registering customer's details.
  • Opening, distributing and franking post; ensuring letters and e-mails are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Filling invoicing; weekly and monthly statistics; supporting the team with administrative duties when required.
  • Skilled administrator with proven experience in a front line role.
  • Good IT Skills; including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent standard of communication; verbal and written.
  • Customer Service focused - with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Works well in a team environment and enjoys working in a lively, fast paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
