Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Abuja
Job Responsibilities
- Organising team diaries and staff calendars.
- Provide full administrative support to the staff and managers in the office, ensuring an excellent standard of customer services is provided and upheld at all times.
- Answering the telephones; registering customer's details.
- Opening, distributing and franking post; ensuring letters and e-mails are responded to in a timely manner.
- Filling invoicing; weekly and monthly statistics; supporting the team with administrative duties when required.
- Skilled administrator with proven experience in a front line role.
- Good IT Skills; including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent standard of communication; verbal and written.
- Customer Service focused - with a friendly and professional manner.
- Works well in a team environment and enjoys working in a lively, fast paced environment.
- Good attention to detail.
