The Center brings the latest and greatest of ICT innovations that powers the digital world to our customers. The center is designed to showcase technologies and experience that customers can preview before they buy and will also provide customers very exciting experience about our current products and services, while showcasing the possibility of what the future brings in the world of information and communication.

We are recruiting highly competent, talented and self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service orientation, backed with strong ICT skills to fill the position below:

Job Title: Support Technician

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and fix all technical issues at the Experience Center site which covers computers/Desktops, Laptops and Ruggedized tablets
  • Keeps Demo equipment operating by following instructions provided by partners
  • Troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs when need arises.
  • Keeping of record for servicing and maintenance done.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of OND and 6 years demonstrable experience in maintenance of IT equipment role
  • A Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering is preferred
  • Relevant post graduate or professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Good experience of support and fixing all technical issues, covering PCs, Audio Visual Aids, Display Units, Power & Security.
