Michael Stevens Consulting - Our client, a value-driven petroleum service company, is looking to employ a highly qualified individual for the following role:

Job Title: Account/Admin Officer

Lagos

Job Description
  • The position plays a key role in maintaining an up-to-date financial system.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain general financial records.
  • Oversee and reconcile petty cash.
  • Monitor and report on outstanding accounts.
  • Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for all projects.
  • Provide evidence of expenditure and transaction approvals and carry out approved transactions.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates can be male or female, aged between 30 and 35 years
  • Must possess over 5(five) years of working experience in the field of admin/accounting.
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge in accounting applications.
  • Must possess a minimum of HND in Accounting or Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
  • Candidate must have good personality and must be able to communicate very well.
