Job Brief
- We are looking for a pleasant Secretary / Front Desk Officer to undertake all clerical and administrative duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the faceof the company for all visitors.
Job Responsibilities / Description
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
Job Requirements
- HND / BSc in any relevant field
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a secretary/front desk
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
