The story started in 1988, with the opening of a small supermarket store measuring 120 m2 in Lagos under the Park ’n’ Shop banner. Today, its business spreads from retail to real estate, shopping malls and manufacturing, rightly gaining popularity as Artee Group.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources / Admin Officer

Location: Ikoyi Spar Outlet, Lagos

Job Description

• Candidate applying  be able to work as admin in the store
• Support the HR Manager across a range of generalist duties including management of the in-house database.
• Work closely with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practices
• Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
• Help to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives
• Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development.

Requirements

• Candidate applying should have HR experience
• Understand the basics of Excel
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays and public holidays as it is a retail store
• Candidates should reside within Ikoyi and its environs
• Must be male for gender balance.

Remuneration
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
