Job Title: Customer Success Associate

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Purpose Statement

• We are looking to hire a Customer Success Associate who will be responsible for providing accurate, valid and complete information to customers and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Key Deliverables

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc Degree in Management Sciences or related field with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and understanding of consumer lending.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
