We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Relationship / Patients Care System Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

  • Manage all administrative duties (including treatment approvals and payments) related to patients referred from corporations and HMOs
  • Develop and implement protocols and operating procedures on a client management system (manage clients and leverage on excellent customer service experience)
  • Participate in business development activities and meetings, working in conjunction with the Clinical Department, Marketing Team and Managers to develop programs.
  • Ensure that all paperwork including initiation documents for corporates/HMO and ongoing maintenance of documentation and approvals.
  • Work closely with the client to report concerns, contract requirements, and troubleshooting Represent the client internally and coordinate with other functions
  • Form informal networks with companies’ senior management, updating them on a regular basis on developments.
  • Providing weekly progress notes of Client Relationship Activity to Manager.
  • Carry out surveys and monthly assessments with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
  • CRO will report directly to the Client Relationship Manager
  • Other duties not specified above that may be required by the manager or the clinic board would be discussed appropriately and agreed on.
  • Liaising with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure a flawless level of service at all levels of service points ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • from the front desk to vitals to see the doctors or lab (make sure they don’t have to wait for long hours.
  • Maintaining orderliness from the point of checking in of patients with the aim of reducing wait time.
  • Feedback surveys are to be given out to patients then you collate and submit them to the marketing team at the end of every week.
  • Manage patients on admission and discharge process
  • Generate reports regarding the debt and credit of corporate and HMO clients for management.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years of work experience.

Salary

  • N220,000 monthly.
