APIN Public Health Initiatives Limited/Gte, formerly known as AIDS Prevention Initiative in Nigeria is a non-governmental organization registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). APIN has built a strong partnership with the Nigerian Government, which is memorialized through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the National Planning Commission. APIN is a leading Nigerian organization in the provision of prevention, care and treatment services to patients with HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis; Malaria; Reproductive Health; Family Planning; Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, and other non-communicable diseases of public health significance.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Associate - Internal Audit

Job Task

• The incumbent will be reporting to the Internal Audit Officer.
• The successful candidate will provide support in assessing the working of internal control systems and ensuring compliance with contract terms and donor rules and regulations. 
• S/He will support in reviewing transactions in APIN head office and field office operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures in line with donor regulations. 
• S/He will participate in fixed assets verification exercise and other transactions to ensure compliance.

Qualifications/Experience
The desired candidate:

• Must possess a First Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Accounting or any related field. ACA or progress in any recognized professional examination will be an added advantage.  
• Must possess a minimum of three (3) years post NYSC work experience
• Must possess a broad knowledge of accounting software packages like SAGE and Quickbooks.
• Must possess excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must possess a high level of integrity and responsibility.
