Job Title: Aftersales Officer

Locations: Akwa Ibom, Kogi and Sokoto
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart and passionate Aftersales Officer to provide an excellent aftersales experience to Beebeejump's customers at our Kogi / Akwa Ibom / Sokoto State Branch, you will be in charge of ensuring all technical complaints from customers are effectively resolved.
• This role will offer you the opportunity to work in an environment that encourages teamwork and learning while building your work and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts system check, maintenance, and troubleshooting on the installed photovoltaic (PV) system.
• Terminates electrical wirings, and troubleshoots wiring connections and internet connections on the inverters.
• Checks layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications
• Checks sketches or follows blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building safety codes.
• Checks as-built, general arrangement drawings, equipment, cable route layouts, cable tray installation layout, and others.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Graduate of any course related to electrical technology (BS.c, HND)
• A minimum of 1 year work experience
• Has prior work experience working in the solar industry
• Willing to do on-site/field works
• Has a driver's license
• Must have Integrity.

Salary
N45,000 Monthly.
