Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Generating technical and functional requirements analysis
- Recognizing business problems and growth opportunities
- Identify new product opportunities and trends
- Supporting development and testing to the process improvements
- Analyze and make recommendations for business process improvement, process mapping and process design
- Conceptualize and recommend strategies to improve operational performance and management processes
- Conduct research and end-to-end analysis
- Hold workshops with IT Teams, business stakeholders and third parties
- Coordinate and implement change management processes
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years experience in providing business analysis in an IT/commercial/retail environment
- Experience working with Human Capital, Supply Chain and Financial Management Solutions,
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Very strong in communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
