Job Title: Project Manager/Planner
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to identify required project controls support in achieving project objectives.
- Create, monitor and control schedules of projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
- Update, maintain, analyze, and communicate project commitments while also supporting, monitoring, reviewing and analyzing schedules and associated reporting.
- Build project baselines and update project schedules and templates based on project requirements.
- Maintain appropriate work breakdown structures for accurate reporting.
- Lead the development of Project Controls Plans on assigned projects.
- Coordinate the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of project reports assuming responsibility for overall accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
- Support the modification and implementation of existing and/or new internal processes and process improvements.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in related field or applicable discipline preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
- Generally 2-5 years of field experience. Must have experience building project baselines and updating project schedules and templates.
- Must have experience creating, monitoring and control schedules of projects through all phases of the project life cycle utilizing Primavera PG and/or Microsoft Project.
- PMI/PRINCE2 Certification(s) and Microsoft Scheduling experience will be an added advantage.
