Prefab World International Services Limited produces porta cabins, Caravans and prefab offices. We are a fast growing and well-established company specialised in the design, development and delivery of Prefabricated and Steel Frame Modular Housing to various categories of end-users in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ensure that all projects are proactively managed and delivered on-time, within scope and within budget in conjunction with the customer’s needs.
• Participate where necessary and as required in the actual technical development and delivery of projects
• Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track and measure progress escalating movement and challenges as they arise
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with customers to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project as well as providing milestone updates.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers as well as other stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, technical, contractual, quality and health & safety standards.
• Any other responsibility assigned to you by the General Manager

Skill Set, Qualifications and Experience

• Hold at least a Degree in Engineering or any related technical discipline or Project Management.(Candidates with degree in other courses but with strong passion for prefab and modular home construction will be given a chance).
• 3 - 5 years of work experience.
• AUTOCAD design or similar design capability is a plus
• Ability to adapt to change and manage customers’ expectations.
• Excellent knowledge of the key Microsoft applications (Excel,word).
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Excellent numeracy, analytical skills both written and verbally.
• Excellent attention to detail and forward thinking.
• Team working as well as working under own initiative.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, time management and organisation skills.
• Able to travel to sites across Nigeria

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
