We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Aftersales Specialist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to formulate customer service specifications, processes and systems suitable for the company's product attributes
• Solve customer after-sales service problems
• Responsible for coordinating follow-up with logistics, purchasing and sales, finance and other departments to deal with customer needs and customer complaints in a timely manner

Requirements

• B.Sc Holder in a relevant discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of related experience with big distributor companies (e.g. Jumia, Konga, JIJI e.t.c)
• Previous Experience with After sales work.
• Excellent communication (Written and Verbal ) Skills.

Remuneration
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
