TeamAce Limited - Our client, a healthcare technology company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Growth & Marketing Lead

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute marketing strategy (digital and offline)
• Conduct extensive research on target audience to understand their challenges and priorities and align marketing strategies to meet their needs
• Create compelling story-based content for web, email, social, and print communication channels
• Identify opportunities for earned PR and pitch media to public original content
• Manage Google search ad campaigns to ensure our brand is found by those who require our services
• Work to improve organic search ranking using SEO strategies
• Manage a lean team of marketing and customer success staff and work closely with sales and business development to achieve revenue targets
• Create and manage marketing budgets to successfully deliver on marketing objectives.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in relevant field
• 4-5 years of relevant content marketing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience creating content for across web and social platforms and running marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated experience achieving ROI on marketing efforts and using data to improve results
• Experience using Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Analytics
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Good eye for design. Strong ability to create simple visuals using platforms like Canva.
