We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Veg Prep Chef

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Preparation and arrangement of materials to be used for fruits and veg preparation before work begins
• Receive, sort and arrange fruits and vegetables accordingly
• Thoroughly rinse all fruits and vegetables before preparation using appropriate food safety guidelines and specified technique
• Ensure compliance with specific preparation instructions for each recipe and food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Monitor inventory and replenish as and when due to avoid stock out
• Ensure compliance with preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 1 year experience.
