Job Description

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
• Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
• Deliver superior guest services
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Hire new employees
• Training and evaluate staff performance
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales

Requirements

• Must be a B.Sc / HND holder
• Must have at least 3years of experience in Managing a prominent restaurant
• Must be a smart and critical thinker.
• Must have the right work ethics.

Remuneration
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
