GVL Lightings is a company that deals with lightings and light fittings, interior decor and sanitary wares.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
• Will serve as an intermediary between companies and their customers, recommending products and services while ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Must keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in any field
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies.
• Proven work experience as a sales consultant
• Excellent knowledge of ms excel and ms office.
• Excellent sales and communication skills.
