We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Objectives of this Role

• Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
• Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
• Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
• Monitor and report industry metrics

Duties

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure implementation from conception to execution. • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategies and positions by analysing new-venture integration
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, vendors, and key opinion leaders.
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
• Develop strategies to be able to sell the companies products
• Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of Three years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales techniques
• Required: research/ data analysis skills with certification (online accepted)
• Required: project management skills with certification
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Ability to deliver presentations
