Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of HND in any related discipline.
- 3 - 5 years.
Requirements
The requirements include but not limited to the following;
- Preparing and presenting food in an aesthetically pleasing way for guests.
- Supervise, organize and instruct other personnel working in the kitchen to ensure that recipes are prepared correctly.
- Ability to estimate how much food clients will consume and order and ensuring that that amount is prepared.
- They are also in charge of keeping stock of food and ordering supplies when things run low.
- Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen.
- Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders.
- Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food.
- Producing menus and new dishes.
- Age: 25 - 30 years.
Salary:
35,000.00
